It’s the final XC race of the season this Sunday at Graves Park in Sheffield.
The usual drill applies, but note that people must have been crowding the finish line at past events, because they have put out a plea for people not to do that.
Note that the men start first this time, at 11am! That should mean we’ll finish sooner though as the women also start earlier at 11:45, so we could be all done by 12:30 (the usual men’s start time).
Hopefully a few of us will aim to get there for 9:30am ish to get set up ahead of the rabble.

It’s time to don those Xmas jumpers and join us on a very social Xmas run on Thursday 15th Dec, 18:30 at the Sun Inn on York Road.
There’s an event in the Facebook group, so if you’re on there can you let us know if you’re joining the festivities (if not just speak to one of the committee and let them know). It would be fab to see you all shaking those baubles down York Road!

Hi all, quick note to say forms are up for next week – please book on if you’re coming!
We’ll be offering either hill reps at the Cenotaph or a social run with Mick on Tuesday. The Social will be a recce of R12 (next week’s route), which is 6.5 miles at a steady pace to suit the group.
On Thursday we’ll be doing R11 (~5.3 miles).
