Some of you may remember we did a dynamic stretching workshop early in 2018, so for those that either missed it, attended but would like a reminder of the moves, or are new to running and are wondering what’s involved the video link we were sent after the class is below.
Whilst there is a lot of conflicting opinions on stretching, most coaches (in particular UKA) seem to agree that if you are going to stretch before a run then it should be a dynamic (i.e. a moving stretch) rather than a static one.
