Club Kit Shop Open!

The club shop is open if you are after a T-shirt or Hoodie.

T-shirts – the sizing are smaller than expected, so generally go one size bigger than you think.

Hoodies – these have a zip, we have a few in stock at the Hub, check with us tonight or next Tuesday to see if we have your size in stock or try for sizing.

Race Vests – we hold a stock of club vests at the hub (£25)

The shop will be open until 0800 on 20th March, after that date all orders will be sent into production. There is an approximate lead time of 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Here is the link to the shop.

Sessions for week commencing 11th March.

Hi everyone, forms for this week are up! Please put your name down if you’re coming to these sessions.

Tuesday’s track session will be 10 * 3 minutes, with 1 minute recovery. If you are racing tomorrow (good luck!) and intend to come along, this should be a relaxed fartlek. Otherwise, reps at ~10K race pace.

Thursday’s route is R13 in reverse. This is around 7.3 miles and there’s a shortcut back up Gliwice Way if you need to cut it in half.

Don’t forget to pay your subs!

See you in the week!

Sessions for week commencing 4th March.

Morning all, forms for this coming week are up! As always, please make sure that you put your name down if you’re coming to any of the sessions.

The main session on Tuesday is 20 * (1 min / 1 min recovery) with a 1K cherry on top at the end. Homework before then (Jim will be spot-checking 🤪) is to:
a) have a half marathon goal time in mind
b) go here (or install the app) and enter this time, and it will tell you what the pace is per km for that time and distance.
c) remember it for the 1K rep as above

As an alternative, Nick will lead a social – all road, just over 10K at 10 minute/mile pace.

Thursday’s route is R6 in Reverse and is just over 10K (~6.5 miles). There is a shortcut at about 5K (~3.1 miles) we believe.

See you in the week!
