Hi all, forms for next week are up! Please ensure you put your name down if you’re coming along, otherwise it eats into our time on the evening (and afterwards, trying to piece together who has come along in some cases). There were at least 10 people who did not register last week.
Tuesday’s interval session will be 15 * 90 second efforts with 60 second recoveries. Social run with Lynn and Jenny.
Thursday’s route is R5R. This is a shorter route (just over 5 miles) and a good opportunity to step up. It gets a little dark through the Tennis Club, so please bring a head torch if you think you’ll need it.
Have a good weekend!

Here’s the details for the final cross country, which is next Saturday (21st January).
Jim won’t be going to this one (and we’re not 100% sure who else is), so those who are going and don’t already have their number will need to contact Jim to get it. If you’ve thrown your number away (as some have) then a home-made Sharpie job should suffice!
