See if you can get your head around this one. Tuesday’s set will be at the Rail College again and will be:

(4321)
OR:
1 x 4 min

Christmas run on Thursday, pizza available on request! See Lynn’s post in the Facebook group for the latest information. At the time of posting this the details though are:

Our annual Christmas pub run is on Thursday 21st of December starting from the Hub as usual.

Santa hats, lights, tinsel, baubles, costumes and reindeer ears are encouraged!

We’ll run to the Toby Carvery for a swift half, then onto the Childers for another before running back to Icebreakers.

Please bring some pennies to buy yourself a drink or two en route.

The pizza ovens will be on in Icebreakers and they’ll be selling:
Margarita £6.95
Pepperoni £7.95

If you’d like to order one for yourself or to share with another, please comment in the Facebook group (or let Lynn know) which pizza you want to order by Tuesday 20:00. This is just so we can give them an idea of how many to prepare for us. Please pay the bar staff directly on the night.

Hopefully lots of you will join in the tradition!

See you in the week!

Sessions for week commencing 11th December

Hi all, forms for this week are now up. Please put your name down if you’re coming along.

Jim was talking to Mark Hudson last night and he suggested we might try doing a tour of the Christmas penguins in the town (city) centre.

Rather than trying to shoehorn it into Tuesday or Thursday, we thought we could maybe do a social on Wednesday evening at usual club time, meeting from outside the hub instead?

Jim’s plotted a route that he thinks covers most of them, which will make it around 4.5 miles. Please let him know if you’re interested in that and if we get the numbers, I’m sure that’ll go ahead.

Anyway, Tuesday’s session will be from the Rail College and is a diminishing set of reps:
5, 4, 3, 2, 1 each with half as much time recovery (so 5 minutes / 2:30 rest, 4 minutes / 2 minute rest, etc).

Thursday’s route is R8 and there are a couple of shortcuts available on that one.

See you in the week!
