Pyramid session on Tuesday (see Doncaster 10K plan.)

R1 is the route Thursday.

Hi all, forms for next week are now up!
Please remember to put your name down if you’re coming to any of the sessions.
David Langford will be taking a social on Tuesday.
The interval set will be hill reps on Cenotaph.
Thursday’s route is another new one. There are a couple of shortcuts if needed.

Thursday we’ll try another new route. It’s about 6.5 miles, but there will be a couple of short cut opportunities.

It’s Jim’s final coaching assessment day next week and he’d like to rehearse what he’ll be doing for the practical beforehand. Are any of you free one day this week (Wednesday evening probably best) to give him a hand? Could double it up as a drills/plyo session.
Tuesday’s interval session will be the longer reps at the Rail College.
Jo is taking a social run again.
Thursday’s route is M2R (in reverse!)
