Sessions for week commencing 4th September

Hi all, forms for next week are up. Please remember to put your name down if you’re coming!

It’s Jim’s final coaching assessment day next week and he’d like to rehearse what he’ll be doing for the practical beforehand. Are any of you free one day this week (Wednesday evening probably best) to give him a hand? Could double it up as a drills/plyo session.

Tuesday’s interval session will be the longer reps at the Rail College.
Jo is taking a social run again.

Thursday’s route is M2R (in reverse!)

See you in the week!

Sessions for week commencing 28th August

Hi all, forms for next week are up nice and early! Please remember to put your name down if you’re coming to either session.

A reminder that we’re away in Tickhill on Thursday night for the away run. If you want a chip butty on the evening and haven’t already let Andy know, please do so ASAP.

Tuesday’s session will be mixed buddy reps at Town Fields. Jo’s going to take a social.

Have a good weekend!

Sessions for week commencing 21st August

Hi all, forms for next week are up. Please remember to put your name down if you’re coming.

Just an interval session on offer so far on Tuesday (will update forms and post if this changes).

The intervals will be a buddy hill rep session led by Scully at Town Fields. For those of you who know the area, I know what you’re thinking – “What hill?”

Well, there is one. 🤣 Come along and find out for yourselves.

Thursday we’re going to try another new route, totalling 10K. There’s a shortcut on this one which should knock it down to about 5-6K.

See you in the week!
