Evening all, sorry for the late posting. Forms are now up – please make sure your name is down if you’re coming along!
Two sessions to choose from this Tuesday:
1. Track session: 3 * (4min / 2min / 1min) each with 75 second recoveries. Reps to be done somewhere between 5 and 10K race pace, quicker intervals going down to 1K pace.
2. Cenotaph: hill reps.
Thursday’s route is similar to R10 in reverse, extended up Sandy Lane to give just over 10K distance. If you cut short as you get onto the Lake, it’ll be about 5.5 miles.
See you in the week!
