Tuesday’s session:
Rail College, 6 x (4 mins on, off 2 mins) – with warm up jog there and back and some dynamic stretches before the main set.
Thursday’s route is R7 and is just over 5 and a half miles. A reminder that the Icebreaker Bar is open afterwards, a group of us usually end up in there for drinks – all are welcome to join!
