This week’s sessions (w/c 15th Aug)

Tuesdays’s sessions will be intervals with Andy and Dave Scully and a social with Amanda.

1) The interval session is at the rail college. We will meet at the cycle hub as normal at 6.35pm ready for off at 6.45pm with a gentle jog down. Alternatively, you can meet us at the rail college. Definitely suitable for everyone as you can choose your own effort levels, however, we will encourage you to get the best from the session!

2) The social will be 5.5-6 miles. It’ll be a mix of road and trials. Meet at the Cycle Hub as normal. If the weather is too wet it’ll be mainly on road.

Thursday’s route is M2. There is no leader for G1 this week. M2 does have a cut-short half way through that allows for a 3 mile run (as opposed to 6.2) for those who need it.

Please remember to book on so we have an idea of numbers in case of illnesses or last minute group changes.

This week’s sessions (w/c Aug 1st)

Hi everyone, forms are up for this week, please remember to book on.

Tuesday will be either a social with Michael or an interval session from the Rail College with Nick.

David John is funding himself through LIRF training and has asked for our help in filming two 5 minute videos in order to get him qualified.

We will be looking for volunteers from the people doing the Rail College session and will set aside 10 minutes to film this from there before the main session starts. It won’t be compulsory, but if you’re attending that session, please do your bit and take part.

Thursday’s route is M10, which is nearly 7.5 miles. There are cut shorts available on this route, please ask your leader if you think you’ll need them, or drop down a group or two and take it easier.
