Kev created this list of our Tuesday sessions to make sure we have plenty of variety. The list is not exhaustive but, at least for now, here it is, in no particular order. The asterisks indicate the sessions need to be at the Rail College. Enjoy and be faster!

1. 10 x 90 seconds on 90 seconds off
2. 8 x 2 mins on 2 mins off
3. 54321 with 2 min rests*
4. 12 x 90 seconds 60 seconds off
5. 1234321 pyramid with 1/2 rests*
6. 8 x 2 mins with reducing rests
7. Russian steps*
8. 12 x 90 with reduced rests
9. Parlauf relays
10. Cenotaph relays
11. Meet at the stones – pit top relays (4-6 reps)
12. One hill relays – pit top (8+4 reps)
13. Lakeside hill circuits – 3 or 4 laps
14. 600’s in the woods 6-8 reps
15. 5km Time Trials*
16. 6-8 x 1/2 mile reps, Cantley
17. Hill loops – Zetland Road area (30 mins continuous)
