Forms are up for the week. Still waiting for cover for a couple of the groups for Thursday, but pop your name down and worse case we’ll sort something on the evening.
Tuesday’s session marks the start of the 16 week Manchester Marathon block, but is suitable for all distance training. 5 x (3 mins on, off 3 min recoveries).
Mick has offered to lead a social for anyone just wanting an easy jog.
We have been told the Hub will be open Tuesday evening, but with it being another Bank Holiday I wouldn’t count on it. There are toilets inside the entrance to the Icebreakers at the top of the iron steps between car parks 2 and 3 if the Hub’s closed. If you’re doing intervals, I’d suggest wearing something warm that you can jog down in and peel off before the session.
Thursday’s route is R1R (reverse).
