Sessions for week commencing 8th June

Hi all, forms for this week are now up. Please make sure your name is down if you’re coming along!

Tuesday’s session is a pyramid: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 off 1 min recoveries. Paces at ~5K race effort, take your foot off the gas if you’ve raced hard this weekend. Would recommend walking recoveries.

Thursday’s route is M15 and is just over 10K, or alternatively there is a hill session on Pit Top again.
