Sessions for week commencing 6th July

Tuesday’s track session is 8 * (3 min / 1 min), would suggest you do the efforts at target 10K race pace, particularly if you raced DonFaster on Friday night, w/ standing / walk recoveries.

Alternatively, there is a 20 minute hill session on over at Pit Top, led by Scully.
