Sessions for week commencing 2nd December

Afternoon all, forms for this week are now up. Please ensure your name is down if you’re coming along to any of the sessions.

Tuesday’s session is a mixed fartlek:
3 x (3 mins / 1 min recovery, 2 mins / 1 min recovery, 1 min / 1 min recovery).

Decreasing time, increasing intensity… if you need paces to aim for then 5K, 3K and 1 mile (paces you could reasonably expect to hit in not-too-distant-future races of that length) would be a good start.

Thursday’s route is R1, which is around 7 miles. There’s a drop off point at around 5 miles for those needing something a bit shorter.
