Tuesday’s track session is:
14 * (1 min / 45 seconds) to be done at ~3 – 5K race pace.
1 * 4 min at target 10K race pace (be realistic with this!)
Thursday’s route is R7, which is ~5.7 miles. There is an opportunity to cut short up Stoops and run straight back down Bawtry Road, which would take it to around 3 miles.
