Sessions for week commencing 17th November

Hi all, forms are up for next week. Please remember to put your name down if you’re coming along!

Tuesday’s session is:
2 * (8 min / 1 min)
3 * (4 min / 1 min)
4 * (2 min / 1 min)
(should look like attached screenshot).
This is another long session, so we must be prompt between finishing the warm up and getting on with it.

Thursday’s route is R10 (Hare and Hounds), which is just under 6 miles.

You will notice one more group on there this week – G0!
The pace for this group to begin with will be around 7 m/m – could be a bit faster, could be a bit slower. If you cannot comfortably sustain 7 m/m pace over 10K then please stick with G1. In future it may go a bit quicker, or be adapted to go a bit slower. We’ll see.
This should give people who were on the fence about coming up from G2 into G1 a bit more confidence to do so – 1 has been creeping up in paces for a while. It should also allow those who are comfortable at faster paces a chance to run them with the club.
The group is likely to be renamed to 0.5 at some point.
